Parnormal Insanity

Directed by TOD WILLIAMS
Starring SPRAGUE GRAYDEN, BRIAN BOLAND,
MOLLY EPHRAIM, and KATIE FEATHERSTON

It starts out slow, but it's worth the trip.  I don't know if it's because I cared about the characters, but by the end of the film I almost fell out of my seat, which is what the filmmakers intended.  There's no music, there's no frills, no blood, just pure psychological horror.  There's a good portion of the film where nothing happens, which just adds to the tension.  It takes about an hour to get there, but the slow build helps to make the film truly psychologically frightening.

Red Hot

Directed by ROBERT SCHWENTKE
Starring BRUCE WILLIS, HELEN MIRREN, KARL URBAN, JOHN MALKOVICH,
MARY-LOUISE PARKER, MORGAN FREEMAN,
RICHARD DRYEFUSS, and HELEN MIRREN

Trailer
This movie is what the Expendables and the Losers should have been.  The plot is formulaic at best--former secret agents targeted for assassination, but what makes the film work is their RED status (retired extremely dangerous).  This film deals with what the other films avoid, what happens when you get old?
