Since this blog has been semi-retired I've been receiving a lot of spam comments buried in old posts. Until my blog is active again, all comments will be moderated. If you post a comment with a spammy link in it, it will be deleted. There's no point to post your backlinks here. If you're an up and coming blogger-- try to go about commenting and backlinks the right way. Don't spam blogs with your links and unrelated comments. It just looks desperate.
For everyone else--please feel free to leave your comments. I respond to each and every one of them, even when people disagree with me! If I happen to miss one, send me a tweet at @aspaceblogyssey. Please note this blog does not receive anonymous comments. You have to be registered with a service to comment here (i.e. Google, Wordpress, or OpenID). NO SPAMMERS! If you spam me your comment will be deleted and you will be reported to Google for spam. Also, I reserve the right to delete your comment if you troll me. I have no problem with someone who disagrees with me, but trolling comments will be deleted without response. No trolls will be fed here.
Disappointed yes, but who could live up to those fanart expectations...?
ReplyDeleteTrue, but I think Chris Hemsworth (Thor) would have been a better John Carter. There are a few others I could think of that would have been better choices. But you're right the art is hard to match.
ReplyDeleteHi Msmariah. Thanks for dropping in on Captain Picard's Journal. Hope you look back on some older entries. It has been going since April 2005. All characters 'guest post', and I have created new ones. Wesley Crusher married an amazon named Karena who has a daughter named Sheena. Data has a girlfriemnd named Jennifer Baxter. Lieutenant Britney and Mirror T'Pol are gay. All the regulars are there. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI seriously don't buy that trailer and how the story was Disney-fied too. I can see this movie flop just like their attempt with Prince of Persia.
ReplyDelete@Jaccstev-- Or "Pecs of Persia" as I call it. They're going to destroy John Carter. It's been seriously Disney-fied.
ReplyDeleteHi Jean-Luc-- Thanks for the post. I will check out your site again.
