What Would Neo Do?

Terrible actor, gnarly dude, and scifi favorite--Keanu Reeves is well known for his roles in Bill & Ted, Point Break, and The Matrix (the other two sequels don't count). And although I'm a total hater, even I had an "awwwwwww" moment when watching this youtube video. Chivalry!!! It's the little things guys. THE LITTLE THINGS!!! Ok, that's out of my system.
I will also admit that this video exposed a weak spot for Keanu Reeves. A spot that I thought had long since scabbed over after seeing Johnny Mnemonic,...because excluding a few rare gems in a sea of coal, most of his films are bad, really bad.

However, that does not reflect on Keanu as a person. Nope, in fact this video will prove that this Hollywood leading man is a gentleman or perhaps he just knows there's a camera there. It's amazing that we live in a world in which this is unusual.

So during this holiday season take a page out of Keanu Reeves' book. However, from my perspective watching this video has shown me one thing--Keanu Reeves has gotten old and he's taken me with him. YOU DECIDE!

  1. He didn't seem to notice the camera, so I think it was genuine. And yes, he's taking me down that old age route as well!

  2. I think he's a very gentlemen .
    My two cents. ;)

  3. Alex-- I do wonder b/c at some point it looked like he looked in the general direction of the guy with the camera, but perhaps not?

Nick-- I think so too. Bad actor, good person, millionaire--not too shabby.

  4. bad actor -- good person. being a good person is more important anyway.

  5. Not to be a party pooper, but are you sure it's Keanu Reeves? First, it didn't really look like him and second, why would Keanu Reeves be riding the subway?

  6. J.littlejohn-- So true!

Chip-- I'm pretty sure, but you never know.
